You picked A. Suggestion, in one line: add a Command tab to the Code-Hub screen you already have. Three parts: SEE (what / who / when), TOGGLE (keep building or pause, per program), ASK (type the order there instead of Telegram). ParviOS (see / run / proof / decide) is the later customer face — same three verbs, not this slice.

Look at SEEEach row is a program: what is running, who (Pedro / Orion / Maia / you), when (now / next / paused / blocked).
Flip TOGGLE ONThat program keeps building (Pedro / Orion continue). STATUS still lands for Maia.
Flip TOGGLE OFFThat program pauses. No silent stall pretending to work.
Type in ASK + SendThe order goes to Maia (she pulls the strings). Code work goes to Pedro. The result shows back on SEE. Telegram stays as backup until ASK works.

O que mudou no meio do caminho

Nothing in the product yet. I did not add a new dashboard. I did not open Grafana. Code-Hub already has a board and a way for agents to pass tasks. The missing piece is the Command tab on that same screen.

ParviOS is still the planned product face for customers. This tab is the house command screen first.

Yes — this is the first screen. Then I write the tests, then the tab.

Change — tell me what to add/remove (example: one switch for the whole house, not per program; or ASK goes straight to Pedro, not Maia first).

I will not code the tab until you pick Yes or Change.
